Prayer of Faith
Prayer is a key element in the life of the body of Christ. It is the "nervous system" that communicates the needs of this world to the head, Christ and enables Him to move us, His hands and feet, to do his will. Jesus modeled prayer, meeting with His heavenly father often. Prayer was evident in the earliest church, where even the newest believers devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, The Lord's Supper and prayer. As modern day disciples, we are also to show dependence on God by praying urgently for the needs of others.
Prayer Needs
If you would like someone to pray for you, please complete a prayer card located in the Worship Center and drop it in the offering plate. These requests are kept confidential and are seen only by those committed to pray for you. There is also a prayer chain for urgent requests where you want many people to pray.
Prayer Opportunities
The Prayer Room is used to intercede for the needs of the church.
The Prayer Chain is made up of people who have committed to pray as soon as a request comes through.
The Prayer Guide is published quarterly and is designed to support the current strategies, activities and needs of various church ministries.
